Mixture of Christmas

Well its hard to sort out cards when you are so excited about going away.  I have been counting the days, the hours until we go.  I can't believe its now nearly time to go, when we first booked it, it seemed so far away, but as they say time goes by when your having fun.  And my life is never dull.

This week was a complete mixture, the first one was a stamping card, we had a lovely background and curtains in front.  This was such a nice view for me, but someone reckoned the snowmen were spooky.  But from this one card, think of all the views you could do.  If you like the stamps and haven't got them shout as we have plenty of sets left for sale.

Another card was also using snowmen, it was a nice simple decoupage.  A DL card, with a couple of layers on, not to many fiddly bits.

Trinitage, many of you at the beginning of the week had not heard of this before, we never covered it last christmas, may be the christmas before.  The front of the card is usually very simple.

The inside is a pop up of sorts card.  You have three layers and a tube to go between the layers.  To make the tube you have a piece of card 10 x 12cm.  Score at 2, 4, 6, and 8cm.  Which will give you 5 sections each one 2cm wide.  Fold and stick together to make a tube.  You must make sure the tubes are as close to the picture and card to get the right effect.

The last one I left to the last minute to prep, I felt really poorly at the weekend with a cold, so it was done last minute on monday.  Straight away I did not like it, and changed the size of the green card and the postioning.  I done a second one, this time cutting out the tree in a different way.  This is something that could be played with and the results would be endless.

Only 11 weeks until christmas!!!!!!
